Every job, every client and every person we work with is unique. From my experience working with numerous colleagues, clients, vendors and contractors with many different nationalities and backgrounds I have created a broad understanding of how to maintain a healthy work situation. As a supervisor in the field, an employee in the office and an inspector at the vendor shop, the most effective and save way to work is not telling people how to do their jobs but to be part of the team, to motivate and most of all to enjoy the work. In this way we get the best out of the people and the situation at hand.
